What is the function of clutch master cylinder? The causes of clutch cylinder failure are as follows:
1. The welding angle of clutch release rocker arm is out of tolerance, which causes the center distance between the flange end of the cylinder and the fork hole of the release arm to be out of tolerance, and the stroke is not enough because the push rod of the slave cylinder cannot be adjusted.
2. The eccentric pin nut between clutch pedal and master cylinder is loose.
3. There is something wrong with the pressure plate and the driven plate of the clutch driven plate assembly.
4. Excessive clearance of the shift linkage causes resistance.
Solution: re welding to reduce the angle error between the separation arm and the center distance; reinforce the support of the slave cylinder; replace the pressure plate or driven plate; replace the shift linkage mechanism.
Working principle and application of clutch cylinder:
When the clutch pedal is stepped down, the hydraulic oil in the clutch master cylinder is delivered to the clutch slave cylinder through the high-pressure pipeline. The pressure of the hydraulic oil is applied to the plunger cup in the clutch slave cylinder, thus pushing the plunger rod to move forward, and the plunger rod pushes the release lever forward, thus pushing the release lever under the pressure of the release bearing, so as to realize the power separation between the engine and the transmission device of the clutch 。
The clutch is installed between the engine and the transmission. The clutch is often used in the whole process from starting to driving. Its function is to make the engine and transmission can be gradually connected, so as to ensure the smooth start of the car;
Temporarily cut off the connection between the engine and the transmission, in order to facilitate the shift and reduce the impact of shifting; when the car emergency braking can play a separation role, to prevent transmission and other transmission system overload, play a certain role in protection.
